 Chris is leading the development of a next-generation communication platform that integrates messaging, information access, and decision-making into a single, seamless experience.

He is a builder at his core. His experience spans sales, operations, and leadership, with a consistent focus on execution, growth, and turning ideas into scalable systems.

Chris also brings a strong technical foundation, with a background in computer programming that shaped his approach to solving problems through technology and building systems that work at scale.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, he has remained closely connected to real-world operations. He has spent years teaching site safety in high-risk environments and previously served as a Driver Examiner for the Province of Alberta for 13 years, conducting over 40,000 road tests.

These experiences have shaped his leadership approach—grounded in accountability, practical systems, and a focus on building solutions that hold up under real-world conditions.

 Chris is responsible for overall strategy, product direction, and execution.

 Terry is the Principal of Conversant Teamware Inc., where he plays a key role in corporate structuring, legal oversight, and project financing.

With a background in the trades, Terry has built and operated multiple companies and led teams on large-scale projects ranging into the tens of millions of dollars. His experience is rooted in execution, workforce management, and delivering results in demanding environments.

He remains actively engaged in the field, managing major maintenance projects within Canada’s oil sands, maintaining a real-time understanding of project execution, scheduling, and operational performance.

His strength lies in delivering complex work on time and on budget, while optimizing resources and managing risk in high-pressure, real-world conditions.

In addition to his operational experience, Terry brings over a decade of experience investing in technology projects and has been involved with Conversant since day one, supporting the company through its development and strategic pivots.

At Conversant, Terry ensures the company is built on a strong operational and financial foundation, providing disciplined structure and long-term stability to support growth.

David leads the development of the company’s core platform, including AI integration, system architecture, and cybersecurity.

With over 15 years of experience across artificial intelligence, data analytics, software, and security, David has built and led teams delivering AI-driven products and data platforms adopted by more than 40 companies, generating over $1.5M in annual revenue.

His work focuses on making AI practical, measurable, and deployable, with expertise spanning machine learning, predictive modeling, large language models, and AI governance.

He has extensive experience taking AI products from concept to production, working across engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver systems that function effectively in complex, real-world environments.

David joined Conversant after serving in a senior leadership role within a cybersecurity firm, drawn by a strong belief in the company’s patented technology and its potential to reshape how communication and information are integrated.

At Conversant, he is leading the MVP build and shaping the platform’s technical direction, ensuring the system is scalable, secure, and built for real-world use.
